Partner Microsites Overview
OnTech partner microsites provide consumers the ability to book services, more specifically, the installation of smart home devices purchased from retailers. With a service catalog that spans the partner's smart home ecosystem, a customer can find, schedule, and purchase installation for devices that are sold as DYI products.
Audience Definition
The customer has come to our partner landing page either from a hidden partner referral link or organically (searching on Google). This customer has purchased the product already and is looking for help installing their new smart home device or is seeking assistance after already attempting to install on their own.

Increased Conversion
Reduce the number of steps customers have to take from purchase- to-install
Improved Engagement
Content hierarchy that facilitates understanding of the OnTech brand and its services
Increased Average Order Value
Show the customer their savings as they add installations to their cart (buy more save more, SHP)
Increased Organic Traffic
Reach more high value customers by indexing our partner pages and improving our SEO

Keyword Research Overview
With the goal of eventually removing the 'no index' on the partner pages, Ontech conducted brand &product keyword research across the first set of partner pages to be re-designed: Simplisafe, Google Nest, and Ring. These Keywords are to be utilized in the pages and deliverables outlined below:

Page content
Remove over used keywords that exist today and match the naming consistencies found in keywords that have the appropriate volume &competition metrics
Metadata
Use page content and keywords to write unique meta data for each partner page
FAQ's / 'how to' content creation
Highlight long tail keywords identified ni research for team ot use ni FAQ's and the content creation initiatives that have kicked of on youtube
Sitewide
Update product naming and content site wide where appropriate with both target keywords and keyword trends identified (ie Cam vs. Camera)

Testing Look-Alike Audience
Testing is done through Userzoom, curating a look-alike audience similar to the target audience of OnTech.
To take the test, Userzoom participants must meet the following criteria.
DEMOGRAPHICS:
• Age: 25 - 65
• Gender: Female, Male, Non-Binary
• Household Income: $75,000+
SCREENER QUESTIONS:
• Which of the following smart home devices do you currently have in your home?
• Which of the following best describes your role when researching and selecting home technology products and services for your household?
• Which of the following best describes the area in which you live?
